Cruise & Travel Questions

Can I book the cruise with my own travel agent?

I’m afraid not. We have block booked a number of cabins which are reserved exclusively for us and have the price fixed to avoid you being stung on any price rises as we get nearer to the event. Also, we will have our own dining table reservation at a set time each night. There is also information exclusive to our group that often needs to be communicated – therefore, we have to ensure that you book through our selected travel partner, Cruise.co.uk, to be certain that you get allocated with our group.

I see that the cruise is setting sail from somewhere outside of the UK, how do I get there?

Our travel partner, cruise.co.uk, will be able to organise a flight from your preferred airport and the transfer to the ship for you too. Speak to Mark on 0800 408 6125 to discuss your options, he’s an expert on getting people to the port and will be more than happy to help.

What is included in the price of the cruise?

All your food for the full seven days including casual breakfast, lunch and dinner options, snacks, formal dinners and fine dining, pizza parlour, 50s style diner, the choice is almost endless! Some beverages (alcoholic drinks and some soft drinks are not included), the cabin accommodation (either an inside cabin which is cheaper, or for more luxury, a balcony cabin), all entertainment on board (the shows, the music and the games etc), day spa and fitness centre usage, kids and teen facilities, on board acitivites such as the swimming pool, rock climbing wall, mini golf course, ice skating rink, jogging track and even an in-line skating track too!

The DB9 training whilst valued at £897 is yours FREE and included in the cruise.

What isn’t included in the price of the cruise?

Your flight to Malaga and the transfer to ship and travel insurance (but our travel partner Cruise.co.uk will organise all of this for you at the time of you booking the cruise element of the package), alcoholic beverages, soft drinks (there are good value soda packages and wine packages available for pre-purchase though).

Excursions at the destinations aren’t included in the cruise price either, you can book these either online before the cruise or with the “Destinations” desk on the ship itself once onboard. Some gym classes aren’t included either and there is also an additional charge for very late night room service and some spa and beauty treatment services.

Do I have to dress up on a cruise?

Not every night, there are generally three suggestions for dress on an evening, casual, smart casual and formal.

What’s an "inside cabin"?

An inside cabin is your room that is located somewhere on the inside of the ship, this means that you don’t have a window or a balcony. For some this is fine, they tend to be extremely quiet and for most people the cabin is purely a place to sleep and get changed in because they are doing so much more on the ship or the shore. Inside cabins are the cheapest option and are still luxurious and more spacious than you think!

And a "balcony cabin"?

As the name suggests – this is a cabin that has a balcony and as such is located on the outside of the ship. The balcony is your own private little area of the ship and great for watching the sun come up (or go down) or for watching the waves pass you by, because of this extra bit of luxury, balcony cabins are of course a bit more expensive.
